About FM Function:

This is a professional MP3 Player, the FM is only gifted function. The channels of FM you can receive maybe limited and the signal of FM is not so good as professional FM receiver especially in some closed space.In FM mode: If you feel the sound is too loud or the signal is poor, we can help you upgrade the software to resolve the issue.In FM mode: At first use, please press and hold “volume-” to search all the FM channel available in your area. W16 will store all the channels.The strength of the headphone’s signal reception depends on the local wireless broadcast signal strength.Radio signals are weaker during unfavorable weather conditions such as cloudy, rainy, or foggy days.The radio receives wireless broadcast signals and is not recommended for indoor use due to poor indoor signal reception. (For example: signal obstruction or interference in mountainous areas, tunnels, high-rise buildings, magnetic fields, or areas with weak signals) may result in the radio being unable to receive signals or experiencing difficulties.If you change the location where you use the headphones, you need to search for local available stations again in FM mode to receive local signals. Otherwise, there will be no local signal.

Important Notes:

Do not unplug the player while files are being copied.The W16 will resume playback from the last played song.The default playback mode is set to order play.If there are no music files available, the red light will stay on, and a voice prompt will inform you that there are “No playable files”.

Connecting to Computer Issues:

The W16 utilizes a magnetic contact charging system.During charging, ensure that the magnetic contact points remain dry. Avoid charging in damp or wet conditions as it can accelerate oxidation of the contact points.If your W16 is not connecting, please check if the contact points are dirty or oxidized. Clean them thoroughly and reconnect to your computer.

Connect the Tayogo player to a computer and copy the music files, then paste them onto the Tayogo W16. It supports MP3, WMA, DRM, OGG, WAV, AAC-LC, and M4A.

How do you switch from MP3 mode to FM mode?

To use FM radio, just power on the Tayogo Mp3 player. The default mode is MP3 Mode. Press and hold the Volume “+” for 2 seconds, and you will transfer to FM mode.
