6. TV doesn’t work in 1080p or 4K/6K and screen quality is poor: Make sure your TV is 1080p or 4K/6K capable. Turn off “Auto” for resolution so you can see the 1080p and 4K/6K options at 720 x 480p, then change the resolution to 1080p or 4K/6K and save the resolution. Make sure your TV supports 4K. Some TVs only support 4K/6K in software, so you can’t use our TV’s 4K/6K function.)
