Wide Application

What if the Wi-Fi connection doesn’t work

Step1 Check the camera

1. Make sure the battery is not low(red indicator light)

2. Push the shooting button for five to boost the connection signal after the camera is turned on.

3. Confirm the cellphone is not too far away from the camera, no wall or other blockage between the cellphone and the camera.

Step2 Check your cellphone

Android:

1. Make sure you have authorized Trisio App the location service(No personal info abused, only system required) and open the location service of your cell phone before your cellphone is connected to the camera.

2. Maintain the current Wi-Fi connection if your cellphone system hints you to connect to others. If you already did the opposite, then you should delete Trisio’s Wi-Fi from the list and try again.

3. Turn off the Wi-Fi assistant if your cellphone has one.

IOS:

1. Authorize Trisio App those both “Local Network”& “Microphone”.

Other situations

1. Some cellphones need to turn off their networks to confirm their first-time Wi-Fi connection to the camera. If you didn’t, then you should delete the Camera’s Wi-Fi record from the list and try again.

2. Make sure the camera isn’t connected to other equipment.

3. If the issue is still not solved then try to clear the cellphone cache and reopen it.

Tip: The cellphone network would back to being functional after you disconnect it with the camera.
